  • statement: screww 16 & pregnant, my friend's 13 & is gunna have a kid in 6 months (she'll be 14 when she has it tho). when she told me i was surprised at how happy she was, cause i thought she'd be all upset. but yeah she's really excited for it & stuff. the dad is this 16 yr. old and he wants nothing to do w/ the baby. she's upset about that, but yeah shes not going to school this whole year (but she's getting tutored). i don't really feel bad for her, i feel bad for the kid she's gunna have.

  • i'm not sure when i posted that, but anyways, i thought i'd update it. my friend isnt pregnant anymore. she had a miscarriage a couple months ago. she cried for two days straight, but then over the phone she admitted she was a kinda relieved (she knew she wouldnt have been able to care for that kid right). now shes back at my school & i'm really happy about that (we only have one class together, plus lunch tho). i was worried she was gunna change & act different, but shes acts the same. more good knews. she quit smoking while she was pregnant, cause she wanted a healthy baby & she told me shes not going to start again. im proud of her. anyway, i dunno. i just decided to tell you. i dont know how many of you read my first forum, or even cared, but oh well.
  • reply1: 13? You shouldnt even be thinking about the `big nasty` yet! If she had this baby, I would feel sorry for it. And the parents? DUDE! My parents would beat me til I got knocked out, and omg, probably kill me if I got preggers. I dont want kids,my choice. Im not going to have seeee.x til Im married. I think everyone in this should be smacked. What is wrong with this girl? What is wrong with this boy? Can he not get someone his own age? Yes,there is only a 3 year difference,but 16 year old boys want one thing,well most of them.13 year olds should be careless,focus on school, going to the mall with their friends, have boyfriends their own age (they shouldnt even be `making out` at 13!!!!!***) This is going to hurt her chances of having a kid when shes older. It happens a lot when people get preggers and a young age when they arent fully developed, they will have a slimmer chance of getting pregnant.Smoking? Like i said,where are her parents? If I even looked like I was going to smoke,I would be grounded til Im 18. Maybe we were brought up differently, but NO parents should let their kids do this.

No offence but what a moronic family. 13 years olds girls/boys are just barely out of childhood. Anyone under the age of 18 should only be worried about getting a high school diploma, college degree and making something of themselves for their future. Girls at that age have no mental/physical concept of what sex is all about and what having a baby is about. They are just babies themselves and most parents are raising their grandbabies.These preteens and teens need to also be aware of STDs and AIDS as well as babies. This is not a fashion trend in which these preteens and teens think it is. These children do not have any maternal characteristics. Yeah they may play with baby dolls but a real live baby requires much more than a baby doll does. Thank god she got a miscarriage, she's way to young to be pregnant and not to mention that it would be awful for the infant. Since she's so young, she might or might not be able to gain the right weight, and this would cause the baby to be underweight, and it can cause major organ failure.
  • Me again: What is wrong with you people! I read later someone saying she was "so strong for planning on having the baby, I'm proud" and that it was great and how they were happy for her, and I thank God for the person who replied to that saying "She doesn't sound strong, she sounds stupid. The only good thing about her being pregnant was that she came to her senses and stopped smoking. SHAME ON YOU FOR BEING PROUD."
